Order online
Search our collections based on categories in BRANDS menu columns. Click on the selected product to see more informations. Select size, color and number of products according to your choice following the size and colour available in Icreation format. 


Registration / Login
For detail information about our collections, you must first register as our customer. Click on the Register button located on the top left of the screen then enter the e-mail address listed in the Registration Account to create a new account. Fill out the registration form with your personal informations. If already registered as member, click Sign in adding your Email id and password.
Address
Its very important to fill out the form with the full address to make sure the courier can reach your location. Detailed informations may be required for shipping to your area in or outside Indonesia. Delivery service
For delivery to all regions in Indonesia, we use JNE services. If your area is not listed in the area of the shipping service we offer, you can directly contact us via email admin@icreation.co.id / Hotline 021 7694777 / HP 081381810005
Payment
Payments can be made by credit card and other payment methods provided by Midtrans. Please choose one of the available payment methods and follow the instructions on the payment page. Make sure your phone gets a good signal so you can receive a confirmation code from the payment server for credit card transactions.
Payment confirmation
Payment transactions via credit card that has been completed will be automatically confirmed. If you choose to pay by transfer, login and confirm payment through payment confirmation page. Order history and status
You will receive a notification if there is a change of status on your order, transaction history can be seen in your account page. Order that has not been accompanied by payment will be canceled in 3 x 24 hours.
